Uganda Cranes humble Ghana’s Black Stars

Uganda Cranes has beaten Ghana’s Black Stars 1-0 in the African Cup of Nations qualifiers at Namboole Stadium.

A goal from defender Savio Kabugo just after eight minutes of play saw the Uganda Cranes protecting the lead till the final whistle.

Goalkeeper Dennis Onyango is our man of the match for his brilliant saves that saw him keep a clean sheet.

Guinea’s 4-1 away win against Togo blew group E wide open with each of the four teams standing a chance to qualify. Ghana lead with eight points, Uganda and Guinea each have seven, and Togo have six.
