It’s confirmed. Zari is pregnant with Tanzanian singer Diamond Platnumz’s child.

The socialite is five weeks pregnant meaning she will be due sometime in September.

Zari first referred to her relationship with the singer as a project trying to put off rumours that the two were an item when they first started being sighted together at the end of November last year.  She even claimed they had recorded a song together.

We expected them to release the song at her All White Party in mid-December but all we got were photos of the pair in compromising positions in their hotel room after the party.

Zari checked into a South African hospital yesterday after missing her periods and a scan confirmed that she is indeed pregnant.

Diamond Platnumz was happy with the news and he said he couldn’t wait to welcome “Chibu Junior.”

According to Zari, she was born in 1980 and she will be making 35 later this year while Diamond Platnumz made 25 in October.

Now we are starting to understand what the Zari Diamond project really is.
