Dixon Okello activates CSR mode

He might be a one man army, but events security guru Dixon Okello aka ‘War Lord,’ has overtime learnt to operate like a complete corporate entity.

Okello has dreams of turning his events security company into a serious corporate entity. Well, since the beginning of October, Okello announced that he will be offering free security services at select events as a way of giving back to the community.

Okello told us that he started his own version of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at the beginning of October and has so far handled four events at no cost; the most recent one being the #SaveLuckishaVal car wash held at 7 Trees in Kololo last Saturday.

“I don’t just come and stand as a person; I have a team and I have security equipment like radios and so much more. So I am offering full event security packages for free during this period,”

Okello told us that his CSR mode shall remain activated till December 23.

“I spend the entire year handling big events and I really make a decent earning. So every year I shall give back to the community by offering free services. I am happy and proud to be doing this,” he told us.
