How time flies! ‘Roast and Rhyme’ is already in its fifth edition! It seems like yesterday when revelers embraced the idea of carrying all sorts of meats, sigiris and showcasing their roasting skills started in our dusty city. And here we are now; Roast and Rhyme is such a big component on our social calendar.

Well, the activity-packed do returns at the end of this month; the venue remains the same- Jahazi Pier Munyonyo; the gate charges remain intact- 50k per head; but it’s a totally different theme- as this edition of Roast and Rhyme is being run as ‘Souls on strings!’

Cathy told us she was not disclosing the performers for the event so that they surprise patrons on the day. “We also would like for the people that attend to enjoy the experience mostly and have the musical performances as a bonus, “ Cathy added. Matooke Republic is proudly associated
