A yet-to-be identified tycoon has changed the face of Nsambya hill with a four-star hotel named Mestil Hotel and Residences. A visit to the hotel made us believe that there is nothing money can’t do.

A few years back, the place was a residence of wives and children of Police. When the residences were demolished, the government promised to construct a factory that will provide employment. However, everything has changed.
