Speaking on Top Radio’s ‘Okwatibwaako talk show’  Tamale Mirundi stated that Judith Babirye has served as a bad example to Christians, more especially the Pentecostals commonly known as the ‘Born-Again’.

He stated that the legislator and gospel artiste has lost the moral ground to perform praise and worship music. He further predicted that the marriage could be a blow to the political career of the two first-time legislators.

“Once you go to parliament and pick a woman or man there, you tie yourself on chains. Babirye and her hubby will never come back to parliament. She should now start singing ‘bimansulo’ because she no longer has the moral authority to sing gospel music,” Murindi said.

“Judith Babirye knew that she was going to be humiliated once she asks for divorce. She hired a hotel and introduced from there…. You cannot now say that she is adulterous because she is married,” he added.
