You reap what you sow — Ofwono Opondo laughs at worrying health condition of detained MPs

Government mouthpiece Ofwono Opondo is not moved by the reports of health condition of detained MPs Robert Kyagulanyi Sentamu aka Bobi Wine and Francis Zaake. The legislators who are nursing injuries and are reported to be in a lot pain.

After Deputy Speaker Jacob Oulanyah paid a visit to Mityana MP Francis Zaake at Rubaga Hospital and Kyadondo East MP Robert Kyagulanyi, he revealed that the two were in great pain.

In an emotional statement, the Deputy Speaker condemned the acts of violence stating that it should not have happened.

However, despite the worrying remarks, government mouthpiece Ofwono Opondo was unmoved. Taking to Twitter he stated that the MPs are simply reaping from what they sowed.

“Sometime you reap what you sow”, he tweeted.

The controversial tweet attracted a backlash from several people but stood by words saying; ”Must l only say ‘nice’ things?”

Legislators Paul Mwiru, Gerald Karuhanga, Arua MP elect Kasiano Wadri , former MP Micheal Mabikke and over 30 others are held at detention facility in Gulu.

Bobi Wine is expected to appear before Makindye Military Court tomorrow.
