Those wanting to make the most of discounts on tickets to attend this year’s Johnnie Walker Soul Safari on December 1 have only a few more days to grab a deal as the deadline for early bird tickets is set for Sunday, November 4.

The concert to be hosted at Speke Resort Munyonyo will have American singer, songwriter, dancer and actor Elgin Baylor Lumpkin, better known by his stage name Ginuwine as the headline act. Local songbirds Naava Grey and Tony Mugabi will curtain raise for the star.

Early bird tickets have been on sale since October 15th at Shs80, 000 if bought using any Visa or MasterCard and Shs100, 000 for cash transactions. A V.I.P table goes for Shs3.5m. After the early bird sale expires, tickets will go for Shs120, 000 on Visa or MasterCard and Shs150, 000 for cash purchases.

Confirmed selling points are Shell Lugogo Bypass, Shell Bugolobi, Shell Kira Road (Bukoto), House of Walker Sheraton Hotel, Definition Acacia Mall and online via Quicket.co.ug.

The 11th edition of the Jazz Safari saw organisers split into two, Jazz and Soul Safari, this year. American bassist Richard Bona treated revelers to pure jazz magic in June and Ginuwine is expected to maintain the standards when he takes center stage of the Soul Safari in December.
