Since Halima Namakula has been our first ‘correspondent’ whenever the Rema-Kenzo relationship went sour, we had to get her comments on the ongoing introduction preparations of Rema and fiancé Dr Hamzah Sebunya.

Rema’s guardian Halima said her daughter is of the right age to make a sole decision when it comes to her relationship and she is the only person who can explain why she decided to move on.

“I used to speak about their (Rema-Kenzo) relationship when they were young. But now I think they are grownups who can speak for themselves,” Halima said.

“People should just ignore anything that is happening in Rema’s love life because no one told him to love Kenzo or no one told Kenzo love Rema,” she added.

Halima confirmed Rema’s split reports with Kenzo but revealed that it is not as sour as it is being reported. She said Rema and Kenzo will forever be friends since they have a kid together.

“Aamal is going to be a bond between the two forever. Rema cannot refuse to update Kenzo with anything related to Aamal just because she is in another relationship,” Halima stated.
