Former Buganda minister Rajni Tailor arrested for allegedly issuing bounced cheques

Rajni Tailor, a former Buganda kingdom State Minister for Economic Planning is behind bars over issuing bounced cheques.

Tailor who is a past Chairman of the board of trustees of the Indian Association of Uganda took advantage of his esteemed position and acquired several loans from members of the Indian community.

He went ahead to allegedly issue bounced cheques that have landed him behind bars.
