This morning, we reported that city socialite Shanitah Namuyimbwa popularly known as Bad Black had run to events promoter Balaam Barugahara to help her meet President Museveni so that she can be paid for her COVID-19 advert.

News reaching us is that Bad Black and Balaam have reached an agreement to have her cease the fire she had been spitting in the previous two weeks demanding the Ministry of Health to pay her Shs550 million for the COVID-19 advert she made back in April this year.

Balaam has said that Bad Black has accepted to calm down for the goodness of the country and that she will continue being calm about her matters until a permanent solution is reached.

In the meantime, the events promoter has advised her to prepare a proposal she will present to President Museveni once COVID-19 is over.

“I have advised Bad Black that in her position as the leader of prostitutes in Uganda, she should come up with a project proposal that will benefit all prostitutes in Uganda. Bad Black has told me that she has a proposal already for prostitutes and single mothers and she is waiting for the opportunity to present it to the President,” Balaam said.

He added that Bad Black will be paid and they’ll come out to show the payment agreement to the public.
