It now time for you to forget about the clip where government Chief Whip, Ruth Nankabirwa campaigned against Speaker Rebecca Kadaga during the NRM CEC voting a month ago. Nankabirwa has dropped another ‘heavy bomb shell’ claiming that President Yoweri Museveni will not hand over power to anyone “before enjoying the oil cash.”

In an audio clip making rounds on social media, Nankabirwa says that Museveni picks and chooses who gets what in Uganda. With such power, Nankabirwa reveals that Museveni is here to stay after the 2021 polls and will only hand over power to someone he truly trusts.

Gov't Chief Whip, Ruth Nankabirwa says it boldly that @KagutaMuseveni will not handover power to anyone "before enjoying the oil cash." Any reason why we should hold the 2021 presidential vote? #UgDecides2021 pic.twitter.com/LoI3WOCoNG

“A man (Museveni) who took a risk to travel to Tanzania in this COVID-19 situation to sign the oil deal, who tells you that he can just hand over power to anyone?” says Nankabiirwa.

Nankabirwa has always showered Museveni with all sorts of praises. She once said that President Museveni’s intellect is beyond human; perhaps next to God’s.
