Presidential candidate Katumba promises West Nile an airport and electric train

24 years old Independent presidential candidate John Katumba has promised to set up an international airport and good roads in West Nile.
While he was addressing his supporters katumba said Arua is a trading center and needs good roads and Airport.


Katumba who was footing while his guards car followed said that besides the airport and good roads, West Nile deserves an electric train that eases the transport system for the people of Arua, Packwwach to conduct business.


“Have seen your problem is poor transport yet you’re business people and I promise after winning the election I am going to establish airport work on your roads and get you electric train so that you don’t’t get difficulties while doing your business,” Katumba says.

Katumba also promised to stablize the electricity in the area. He also vowed to support the youth in sports saying that once sports activities are supported, it improves talent and development for West Nile region
