Former presidential candidate John Katumba has threatened to sue the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Martin Okoth Ochola and Electoral Commission Chairperson Justice Simon Byabakama for their different illegal actions in the just concluded presidential election.

The 24-year-old says the IGP and commanders of other security agencies violated his human right as they failed to put their officers in order.

While addressing the media, Katumba said he has gathered enough evidence pinning the security officials for mishandling him and other civilians during the election process.
