Presidential Candidate Gen Henry Tumukunde has rubbished claims that he’s not ready to occupy the country’s top office if he happens to win this coming presidential election 2021

Tumukunde who was addressing the media today before kicked off his campaign in Bushenyi district asked Ugandans to trust him because he has enough experience to lead this country. He said that he is hearing voices of people saying he is not experienced enough to be trusted with state power which he refutes saying those doubting him are not informed.

“Who prepared president Museveni? I don’t want to waste time on that he was 38years, I am now 60years and I have 25 years of experience to take this country forward,” said Tumukunde.

Tumukunde explained that he has served the country in different capacities which gives him an edge over other opposition candidates with both intellect and economic growth that Uganda needs.

“Unfortunately, Mr. Museveni still insisting that he can do what he failed to do for the past 35 years spent in power. It’s the right time, it’s we who have been working and helping him but he doesn’t want to step aside which turns back the country economy” said Tumukunde
