Earlier today on Thursday, reports have been making rounds announcing the death of Sheikh Nuhu Muzaata Batte who is admitted at International Hospital Kampala (IHK).

According to a close family member, the motor mouthed Sheikh is alive and steadily improving.

“Sheikh is not dead as it is being speculated on social media. I have just talked to the doctors at IHK and himself (Muzaata) a few minutes ago. He’s steadily improving,” he reveals.

Muzaata is said to be battling with stomach complications however other sources indicate that his illness was made worse following the departure of one his wives Kulthum Nabunya who moved out of their marital home in Kawempe after a bitter fight.

It’s on this note that the Muslim community is advising Kulthum to quickly make up her mind and go back to look after her husband.

Kulthum works for Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) and her with Muzaata have three children together.
