Andrew Mwenda has joined Bobi Wine’s National Unity Platform (NUP) and vowed to challenge Bobi Wine for party’s presidential flag bearer in the forthcoming general elections.

Mwenda has called for a presidential debate between himself and party leader Bobi Wine on joining the party.

Mwenda is known for throwing shade to Bobi Wine and his ‘cult’ but earlier this morning while appearing on NBS talk show, he dared NUP and People Power to allow him stand against Museveni.

“I want to run against Bobi Wine but I am scared. If I drove to the Kamwokya People Power office now, I would not come out alive,” Mwenda said.

As of now, we confirm that Mwenda has picked the nomination forms and he’s alive.

Mwenda said People Power has a very high sense of self-righteousness with a huge ego and Bobi Wine is treated as a god.
