As National Unity Platform Presidential flag bearer Robert Kyagulanyi continues on his campaign trail, Kyagulanyi has pledged to the People of Oyam to improve the education of Uganda and also build maternity centres in every sub county.

Bobi Wine also said that when he was still at school many of the intelligent brains were coming from Northern Uganda and claims the government intentionally y avails the region with poor education.

“In the new Uganda everybody will be entitled to the same education and after education everybody will have a job. The education will be creating job creators and not job seekers. We shall focus on three areas; we shall make sure the academics are perfect,” said Bobi Wine.

He also said that during the time of Dr. Milton Obote Uganda had the best education.  He added that in Northern Uganda, the people that are 50 years and above are more educated than the people that are 50 years and below.

“We know that Museveni doesn’t want anybody   to talk about it but I will talk about it because I don’t fear him. I want to tell you the people of Oyam, Museveni fears you too.  You can fear the birds, the rains but please don’t fear Museveni because he is the biggest coward,” said Bobi Wine.

He also promised that every sub-county will have a maternity centre and vowed women shall never be scared of giving birth to the next generation of Uganda.
