Police in Luuka district has arrested the National Unity Platform Presidential candidate Robert Kyagulanyi for reportedly declining to following directives issue. It is said that Bobi Wine was sprayed pepper spray in his eyes before arresting him.
Before his arrest, police fired teargas to disperse off his supporters who were waiting for him to address them. Police accuses Bobi Wine of having more than the 200 supporters recommended by Electoral Commission.
