Renowned fashion designer, businesswoman, political lobbyist, entrepreneur and Chief Executive Officer of Zipa Modeling Agency Sylvia Owori has come out and promised to make Uganda’s music industry number one in Africa in three years to come.

This was after Uganda’s female musicians, under their umbrella Uganda Musicians Association shared their daily concerns mostly about the effects of the life changing Covid-19 pandemic to Sylvia Owori and even appointed her as their patron.

“As National Music Union we are going to look for kids with different talents from every district in Uganda and support them so that our music industry can be better than Nigeria’s,”
