The Speaker of Parliament Hon. Jacob Oulanyah has spent his second day in office visiting the different Directors in Parliament and the Deputy clerks in their workspaces. Among the Directors, Hon. Oulanyah visited was Chris Obore, the Director Communications who was reinstated today. Obore has not been in office since September 2019.

Hon. Oulanyah advised the Parliament staff to spread positivity and make the August House a better place.

“I want the staff to release all the positive energy we have, Lets serve this institution because this institution is the People’s institution. We must not carry grudges or anything that brings negative energy . We want a Parliament that when people enter they are just laughing, smiling and enjoying themselves,” said Hon. Oulanyah
