MASAKA MURDERS: “We shall get the bijambiya cowards,” Museveni meets bereaved families

President Museveni has met with families that lost relatives in the recent attacks by the machete-wielding assailants in greater Masaka region.

He assured the families that that people behind the killings will be brought to book.

“I met and commiserated with families that lost relatives in the senseless attacks by the cowardly pigs being called the Bijambiya gang.

Last week, Museveni ordered that all families that lost relatives to be condoled with Shs10m each. About 30 people have been hacked to death by the panga wielding gang in the region.

12 people including two legslators Ssegirinya Muhammad and Allan Ssewanyana have been arrested and charged with murder.
