The country was gripped by fear yesterday after learning of the death of American citizen Christopher Duke, Tooro Kingdom’s former son-in-law who was previously married to Princess Komuntale in a high-profile royal wedding.

Details currently emerging reveal that the Duke is the third son to pass on in Billy Thomas’ family who happens to be Duke’s dad.

“I just lost my third son Christopher Duke Thomas. I am heartbroken,” he wrote on his Facebook.

Billy Thomas is said to be Christopher Duke’s dad and that confirmation puts the rumors of Christopher’s death to rest.

Furthermore, according to Facebook posts sent out on Christopher Mason’s account, Duke was “found dead” on Monday morning.

“With  a heavy heart I would like to inform many of you that knew my son, Christopher Duke Thomas. He was found dead this morning. Please keep me, my family and his girlfriend, along with new born baby in prayer. Such a hard day… Rest in Jesus son,” he wrote.

Christopher Duke Thomas is largely known as the ex-husband to Tooro Kingdom’s Princess Ruth Nsemere Komuntale. Their relationship was in the public eye but they separated in 2013 over infidelity just a year after they tied the knot in November 2012.

After their separation, Duke in August 2020 welcomed a baby boy, Christian Thomas, with his new girlfriend.
