Former Uganda Hippos (U20) captain and SC Villa defender Gavin Kizito Mugweeri has completed his move to Egyptian side Al Ittihad Alexandria Club.

The youthful defender has reportedly signed a two-year contract. Reports indicate that his signature came after the recommendation of head coach Zoran Maki.

The defender is a product of the FUFA Junior League and has previously played for SC Villa for the past three years. However, he has been a free agent since he ran down his contract at SC Villa.
