Former East African Legislative Assembly (EALA) Member of Parliament, Hon. Fred Mukasa Mbidde never ceases to amuse.

Mbidde uses the most complicated words, which some find funny.

As a lawyer, Mukasa Mbidde is fond of using the barrister language to express his messages.

Mbidde has eulogized fallen Speaker of Parliament Jacob Oulanyah in a way that has left many Ugandans perplexed.

Let’s just leave it here for those of you who went deeper into the Queen’s language.

RIP RT HON JACOB OULANYAH .

It's glum, melancholy and doleful times to Uganda and the legal fraternity at the quietus of the honcho and sachem to the empirian grubhub. His oratory virtuosity ,finesse and / or magniloquence shall greatly be missed .
Heaven is the terminus ?.
