Police spokesperson, Fred Enanga, has said that their preliminary investigations are linking socialite Olim Charles, aka Sipapa, to different other crimes.

Last week, Sipapa, together with four other people, were charged with aggravated robbery before they were remanded to Luzira Prison.

While addressing journalists during the weekly security briefing, Enanga said that following the fingerprints and DNA samples lifted from Sipapa, they linked him to 12 other crime scenes of burglary and theft.
