The Kyabazinga of Busoga, William Gabula Nadiope IV, has been awarded an honorary doctorate in humanity by the Zoe Life Theological College USA.
The Kyabazinga, who was accompanied by Busoga Kingdom’s 2nd Deputy Prime Minister Osman Ahmed Noor, Busoga Kingdom’s Minister of Education Nasabu Nantale, Busoga Kingdom’s State Minister for Finance Ivan Kiirya, and Prince Arnold Nadiope has been awarded in respect of his outstanding achievements and exceptional contribution to the advancement of humanity; in particular his commitment at the helm of improving the lives and livelihoods of his subjects in Busoga and Uganda at large through his Gabula Royal Foundation by which numerable lives in Busoga Kingdom and elsewhere in Uganda have been positively impacted.
Since its inception in 2019, the Gabula Royal Foundation has trained over 30.000 youths in various hands-on, work-related disciplines.
