A 45-year-old David Baerten from Belgium orchestrated an elaborate prank on his unsuspecting family by faking his own death and revealing himself during what was supposed to be his burial ceremony.

A video capturing the bizarre moment has gone viral, showcasing Baerten’s grand entrance as he arrived at his own “funeral” in a helicopter, leaving his loved ones in a state of utter shock and disbelief.

Baerten, after making his dramatic appearance, proceeded to explain the motive behind his elaborate ruse. He revealed that he orchestrated the entire prank to impart a valuable lesson to his family about the significance of maintaining strong connections and staying in touch with one another.
