FULL LIST: Museveni reshuffles RDCs

President Yoweri Museveni has reshuffled Resident District Commissioners (RDCs) nationwide. The changes, which take effect immediately, aim to enhance governance and administration at the local level. New appointments and transfers have been made, with some districts receiving new commissioners, while others have had their incumbents replaced.

In the reshuffle, Namulindwa Pheovene has been appointed RDC of Katakwi, while Rtd. Maj. Katamba Godfrey becomes RDC of Kayunga. Nalubega Mariam Seguya takes over as RCC of Kibaale, and Byaruhangwa Stephen Nfaasimbo becomes RDC of Kiboga.

Ekoom John Stephen has been appointed RDC of Abim District, while Taban Data Peter moves to Adjumani District as RDC.

The reshuffles have also seen Kidega Nabinson James become the new RDC of Agago District, and Okiswa Geoffrey takes over as RDC of Alebtong District.

Other notable changes include Namagogwe Hajira as RDC of Busia, Kwesiga Eva Nalongo as RDC of Butaleja, Ahmed Katerrega Musaazi as RDC of Butambala, and Okurut John Michael as RDC of Butebo.

Birungi Kobusingye Jackline has been appointed RDC of Buvuma, while Major Akello Betty Otekat takes over as RDC of Buyende. Aketch Barbara becomes RDC of Dokolo, and Nandinda Darius is the new RDC of Fort Portal City.

Masereka Joshua has been appointed RDC of Hoima District, while Mbetegeyerize Godfrey becomes RDC of Ibanda. Wandera Sadala takes over as RDC of Iganga, and Nasiima Addah becomes RDC of Isingiro.

Ndege Hawa Namugenyi has been appointed RDC of Gomba, while Onoria Ambrose becomes RCC of Gulu City. Tumwesigye John Bosco takes over as RDC of Gulu District, and Mugabi Badru becomes RCC of Hoima City.

Bandeba Festus Besigye has been appointed RDC of Kabarole, while Lotem Lenos becomes RDC of Kaberamaido. Ruteraho Lillian takes over as RDC of Kagadi, and Matovu David (Maj) becomes RDC of Kakumiro.

Gulume Richard Balyainno has been appointed RCC of Jinja City, while Magunda George becomes RDC of Jinja District. Odong Stephen Latek takes over as RDC of Kaabong, and Nyakahuma Godfrey becomes RDC of Kabale.

Okirya Chris Mike has been appointed RDC of Kalaki, while Fred Bada becomes RDC of Kalangala. Banga Fred Aggrey takes over as RDC of Kaliro, and Kayondo Paddy becomes RDC of Kalungu.

Asiimwe Jane Muhindo has been appointed RCC of Kampala City, while Birungi Rose becomes RDC of Kamuli District. Ahrikundira Africano takes over as RDC of Kamwenge, and Mwesigye Ambrose Amanyire becomes RDC of Kanungu.

Mugerwa Deborah Mwesigwa has been appointed RDC of Kapchorwa, while Olinga Otukol Tom becomes RDC of Karenga. Ocailap Geoffrey Filbert takes over as RDC of Kasese, and Walusimbi Jolly Joe (Rtd Lt) becomes RDC of Kassanda.

Tumusiime Amlan has been appointed RDC of Kikuube, while Bakunda George becomes RDC of Kiruhura. Muganga Dan T. takes over as RDC of Kiryandongo, and Ssebyala Badru becomes RDC of Kisoro.

Nuwagira Nicholas has been appointed RDC of Kitagwenda, while Ssegawa Nehemiah Jimmy Ebil becomes RDC of Kitgum. Owole Nixon takes over as RDC of Koboko, and Omara Josephine becomes RDC of Kole.

Ichogor Charles has been appointed RDC of Kotido, while Washaki Ahamada becomes RCC of Kumi. Arikwanga Richard Noon takes over as RDC of Kween, and Ankunda Sharon becomes RDC of Kyankwanzi.

Karungi Monica has been appointed RDC of Kyegewa, while Lt. Col. Nzirumusanga Bright Alex becomes RDC of Kyenjojo. Mugume Apollo takes over as RDC of Kyotera, and Komakech William becomes RDC of Lamwo.

Egole Lawrence Emmy has been appointed RCC of Lira City, while Eyal Lillian becomes RDC of Lira District. Katende Ronald takes over as RCC of Luuka, and Bwabye Richard becomes RDC of Luwero.

Walugembe Ahamadhan (Lt) has been appointed RDC of Lwengo, while David Nkojo becomes RDC of Lyantonde.

Turyabagyenyi Emmy K. has been appointed RDC of Madi-Okollo, while Wibule Patience Edith Nambale goes to Manafwa in the same capacity.

Kagaayi Jane Frances has been appointed RDC of Maracha, Hudu Hussein remains in the same capacity as RDC of Masaka City, and Billy Janet Mulindwa becomes RDC of Masaka District.

Ngabirano Emmy B. has been appointed RDC of Masindi, Matende Thomas takes over as RDC of Mayuge, and Nasike Asumin becomes RDC of Mbale City.

Wopuwa George has been appointed RDC of Mbale District, Kamwine H. Catherine takes over as RDC of Mbarara City, and Lukanga Aminah becomes RDC of Mbarara District. Kibuuka Francis Amooti has been appointed RDC of Mitooma, Mukibi Dreke Joseph takes over as RDC of Mityana, and Amongin Jane Francis Okile becomes RDC of Moroto.

Gore Goffin has been appointed RDC of Moyo, Sempala Amos Kigozi takes over as RDC of Mpigi, and Mawiya Lule Umar becomes RDC of Mubende.

Nabitaka Fatuma Ndisaba has been appointed RDC of Mukono, Kyeyune Ssenyonjo takes over as RDC of Nakapiripirit, and Owanyi George Emmanuel becomes RDC of Nakasongola.

Ddumba Moses has been appointed RDC of Nakaseke, Kamba Saleh Moses Wilson takes over as RDC of Nakaseke, and Kulaba David Isabirye becomes RDC of Namayingo.

Namara Julie Solome has been appointed RDC of Namisindwa, John Bosco Mubiito takes over as RDC of Namutumba, and Bingi Asimwe becomes RDC of Napak. Abak Robert has been appointed RDC of Nebbi, Akulu Jillian takes over as RDC of Ngora, and Major Mugabirwe Edward Jones becomes RDC of Ngora.

Byarugaba Kanyamahane Isiah has been appointed RDC of Ntoroko, Oceng Geoffrey Osborn takes over as RDC of Ntungamo, and Mpimbaza Hashaka Samuel becomes RDC of Nwoya.

Okot Emmanuel has been appointed RDC of Obongi, Omara Christopher takes over as RDC of Omoro, and Ochen David takes over as RDC of Otuke.

Shilaku James (Sgt) has been appointed RDC of Oyam, Mitala Emmy takes over as RDC of Packwach, and Odongo Milton becomes RDC of Pader.

Dhikusooka Majid has been appointed RDC of Pallisa, Kiyimba Sarah takes over as RDC of Rakai, and Ssewandejje Eric becomes RDC of Rubanda.

Kikanshemeza Bron has been appointed RDC of Rubirizi, Kamusiime Zadock takes over as RDC of Rukiga, and Bewanyo Nsubuga Stephen becomes RDC of Rukungiri. Nakamya Harriet has been appointed RCC of Rwampara, Kyasanku Lukubo Charles takes over as RDC of Sembabule, and Adiama Ekaju John Robert becomes RDC of Serere.

Nayebare Fred Kyamuzigita has been appointed RDC of Sheema, Balwaniregga Dennis Ephraim takes over as RDC of Sironko, and Paak Peter Pex becomes RCC of Soroti City. Eseru Paul has been appointed RDC of Soroti District, Angalia Kasigwa Godwin takes over as RDC of Terego, and Bategana Bakale Sadiq becomes RDC of Tororo.

Mbabazi Justine has been appointed RDC of Wakiso, Lubwama Sulaiman Bukya takes over as RDC of Yumbe, and Ayikobua Festus becomes RDC of Zombo.
