Media personality Faridah Nakazibwe has finally spoken out about her extended hiatus from the spotlight—and she’s hinting at a major comeback that has nothing to do with television.

Speaking during a TikTok Live session hosted by singer Bruno K, Nakazibwe opened up about her break from the media, revealing that she’s in the final stretch of her time away. “I’m wrapping up my break,” she said. “In less than two months, I’ll be ready to share what I’ve been working on. I just don’t want to talk about it until it’s fully cooked.”

While many fans may have been hoping for a television comeback, Nakazibwe was quick to clarify: “I’m working on something exciting, but it’s definitely not TV.” She explained that the project is part of a two-year plan she set in motion—one that’s now about a year and a half in.

Nakazibwe stepped away from her role at NTV Uganda in 2023 after an impressive 17-year tenure, choosing to prioritize personal goals, entrepreneurship, and motherhood. Earlier in 2024, she welcomed her baby boy, Marktoum, and has since maintained a relatively low profile.

Now, with her return looming and a mystery project underway, fans are eager to see what’s next from the celebrated media figure.
