Singer Dax Vibez, real name Ivan Bugembe Sentamu and younger brother to opposition leader Bobi Wine, has finally broken the silence about the fate of his much-anticipated debut concert.

Originally announced nine months ago, the concert was set to take place at Hotel Africana in the heart of Kampala. However, after months of preparation and rehearsal, the hotel unexpectedly backed out, reportedly due to unclear circumstances that left fans and organisers stunned.

Unfazed, Dax Vibez and his team quickly regrouped and secured a new venue — UMA Showgrounds in Lugogo — ensuring that the event stays on schedule.

“Same date, better location! First all-white concert. More energy — come let’s party, 29th UMA Showgrounds,” he announced on his social media pages.

The concert will go on as planned on August 29, 2025, with a stylish all-white theme. Tickets are priced at Shs20,000 for ordinary entry, Shs50,000 for VIP, and Shs3 million for a table.

Fans are now gearing up for what promises to be one of the most energetic performances of the year.
