The NRG Mambas Basketball Summer Camp 2025 brought energy, excitement, and competitive spirit to Kabira Country Club as children from different age groups gathered to learn, play, and sharpen their basketball skills.

The week-long camp offered a mix of fun-filled games, training drills, and mini-competitions designed to nurture young talent while promoting teamwork, discipline, and healthy lifestyles.

Held at the scenic Kabira Country Club basketball courts in Bukoto, the camp attracted dozens of young athletes, ranging from beginners eager to master the basics to more advanced players keen on polishing their game.

Coaches and trainers from the NRG Mambas guided participants through intensive sessions that combined skill development with engaging activities, ensuring that every child not only learned but also enjoyed the game.

Children took part in shooting contests, dribbling drills, passing exercises, and team scrimmages—each tailored to different age categories.

The NRG Mambas Basketball Summer Camp 2025 ended on a high note with an awards ceremony, recognising outstanding performers in different categories.

Kabira Country Club, the host venue, provided the perfect backdrop for the event. Nestled in the leafy suburb of Bukoto, the club is known for its impressive sports and leisure facilities, including a half Olympic-size swimming pool, state-of-the-art gym, tennis and squash courts, and a football pitch.

As part of the Speke Group of Hotels under the Ruparelia Group, Kabira Country Club has built a reputation as a premier lifestyle and sporting hub in Kampala. Currently undergoing an expansion to achieve five-star status, the club continues to offer a warm and family-friendly environment that blends fitness, relaxation, and luxury.
