  1. What is Ekikapu?

Ekikapu.com is Uganda’s fast growing online supermarket delivering all your personal and household needs right to your doorstep in and around Kampala!

3. How long does it take for you to deliver?

We are currently offering next day delivery to enable us deliver grocery fresh from our suppliers.

4.Do you only deliver in Kampala?

Currently we are delivering within a 15km radius of Kampala.

5. What’s your target audience?

Our target audience is all households within Kampala and eventually Uganda. 

6. What happens when the customer finds the goods delivered are damaged?

We encourage our clients to verify their items before the riders leave but in case the items delivered are not to the clients’ satisfaction we return them at our cost.

7. You say free online delivery. Does it mean the client only pays for his goods?

We charge a delivery fee of 5k around the designated area irrespective of the items ordered. However we are currently running an offer to clients who order for items above 100k.

8.What makes you different from other online shopping apps?

We enable our clients to keep adding items to their account till when they are ready to order. We offer multiple paying options options like ViSA Cards, Mobile Money, E-Wallet and Cash on delivery.

Shopping with our E-wallet enables clients to earn point which could later be used to shop. So you save with our E-wallet.

9. How does one access Ekikapu incase they want to shop?

Ekikapu is online at www.ekikapu.com and can be accessed on Android Google playstore
