Consumers Choose StarTimes as the best Pay TV Service provider in Uganda year 2021

StarTimes has won yet another award as the best Pay TV Service provider 2021 in the Consumer Choice awards 5th Edition, that were held yesterday evening at Golf Course Hotel.

The Chief Guest who is the minister of Trade, HON Amelia Kyambade handed awards to 65 Companies that won last evening from different categories of Foods and beverages, Pay TV, Health, Education, Manufacturing, Electrical, Poultry, Agriculture, among others.

During her speech, The Minister of Trade and Cooperatives, Hon. Amelia Kyambadde noted that local content is very important under Buy Uganda, Build Uganda (BUBU) initiative where Ugandans consume locally produced content. Producer and consumer policy was put together to ensure that they not only they protect the consumers but also protect small companies.

The CEO of Consumer Awards, Bari Salim appreciated the different companies for the innovations they came up with to ensure that they stay afloat in the new normal. “It is for this reason that we have gathered here to appreciate individuals and companies that maneuvered through the wave of COVID 19,” he stated

“Your dedication to superior services through keeping consumer service delivery,” added Salim.

“The best way to evaluate service excellence in through customer feedback, so as StarTimes we are very happy to receive feedback in such humbling way. We pledge to keep improving and most importantly giving Ugandans more innovations, Convenient and most affordable services,” said The Brand and Marketing Director StarTimes Lule Isma.

Every year, Consumer Guide Magazine collects information from 1000s of consumers to ensure that they identify those companies that provide exceptional services. The winners are not selected by the panel of judges but the consumers countrywide.
