StarTimes rewards its loyal customers ahead of Christmas

Festive season is family time, in the same spirit StarTimes has today organized a lunch on celebration on with loyal customer representatives around Kampala metropolitan at Amazing Grace Restaurant on Bombo road.

1,000 families benefited from this campaign themed “First 1,000 loyal customers on StarTimes”.

The first 1,000 Customers to join StarTimes and still using the services were rewarded with Christmas humpers and TV screens. The event was supported by Coca Cola, Reign Ads and Supreme Flour.

“We are very happy to celebrate festive season with our loyal customers. We are what we are today because of their continued support. We promise to continue giving Ugandans the most affordable and convenient services,” said Chief Executive officer Mr. Franklin Wang.

This festive season, StarTimes has run different customer reward campaigns as one of the approach to giving back to the different customer segments: First 1,000 loyal customers and the generic StarTimes Level up campaign that allocated Shs200,000,000 all in prizes which include Cash, School Fees packages and StarTimes TV Screens.

“I have used StarTimes for the last 10 years and my family is very happy with the services. Before StarTimes, Pay TV services were so expensive, StarTimes gives us convenient and most affordable services and most importantly variety of family channels,” said Olivia Nalunga one the historical customer.
