Uganda Breweries has rewarded 118 business customers with prizes worth Shs300 million under loyalty incentives for using the Diageo One App, an online portal that enables traders purchase products directly from the company’s distributors.

Diageo One is a self-service tool that enables business customers to place orders at their convenience and receive them within 24 hours. The user-friendly platform allows business customers to earn and accumulate points for all their purchases and prizes are awarded on a monthly basis.

“The app provides multiple benefits to our customers including greater efficiency and reduced operational costs enabling us to deliver a superior customer experience. So far, we have enrolled over 46% of our current customer base with over 6,000 customers using the App effectively to generate orders daily. We are pleased to reward our customers for their trust and continued loyalty,” said Emmy Hashakimana, Commercial Director at Uganda Breweries.

“We encourage everyone else out there that has not yet fully embraced the app to do so because it is a more convenient and efficient means of doing business. The application allows all retailers to operate at maximum without waiting for the daily or weekly distributor trucks to buy UBL products.” he said.

Diageo One is a B2B E-Commerce app that connects business customers to Uganda Breweries, their distributors, brands, promotions, messaging, ordering and delivery among many functions. It is available on both the AppStore and Google Play. The app is user friendly and carefully designed to find any product with ease.
