Desire Luzinda knows how to take advantage of the limelight. She is a true believer in the saying that there is no such a thing as bad publicity.   While any morally upright young lady would have gone into hiding when her nude photos leaked, Desire embraced the unfortunate incident when a jilted ex-lover leaked her nude photos, releasing a song about her Kitone (gift) that propelled her back onto the music scene, bagging several millions from performances.

On Saturday, the singer was arrested by Police in connection with a Shs24m debt acquired from Cavendish University lecturer Jimmy Alemiga. Apparently Alemiga contacted Police because media reports were going round that the singer had earned more than Shs100m from performances after the nude photo incident, yet Desire was only making promises whenever he contacted her to pay his debts.

In the eye of the fresh storm, Desire used the limelight thrust on her to release a new song titled Love Yo.

“It was an extremely tough day but i can crown it with this fresh tune. Love Yo,” she posted on her Facebook page after being released.
