Award winning pop star Wizkid seems to not get enough of Uganda. He comes back to have yet another taste of the ever fun loving Ugandan crowd, come 3rd December, he will be slaying it at Lugogo Cricket Oval in a concert organized by Star Times and Face TV.
The international 26-year old music star whose real name is Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, was last here at the officiating of the Guinness new-look pack in 2014 that took place at the Golf Course Hotel.
WizKid came on the International Music scene in 2011 when he recorded his debut album titled Super Star; an album that saw him quickly cut through Nigeria’s music industry and beyond.
The album, which garnered him Best Album of the year at the 2012 Nigeria Entertainment Awards featured songs like Holla At Your Boy, Tease me/Bad Guys and Don’t Dull.
The “Lagos to Kampala” star has also worked with international music legends like Akon, Drake, Chris Brown, Trey Songs and French Montana among other equally recognized moguls.
Rumours have it that the “Show You The Money” star had a thing with/for Rihanna and our very own Sheila Gashumba. Well we will find out come this December when he’s back in town.
