Uhuru Kenyatta mesmerizes Angella Katatumba

We are all humans. Even top celebrities get star struck! The lady with a big heart singer Angella Katatumba is still counting her blessings after she performed on Saturday at the second annual black tie fundraising dinner that took place at Victoria conference hall Serena Hotel.

The glamorous event was graced by President Museveni and his Kenyan counterpart Uhuru Kenyatta.




“Last night I was beyond blessed and honoured to sing for the President of Kenya, H.E Uhuru Kenyatta at the second annual black tie dinner at the Kampala Serena Hotel I am extremely excited and grateful. I simply give God the Glory,’’ Katatumba posted on her Facebook page.

Katatumba and charity is akin to an object and its shadow. Not only did she performat the fundraising dinner, also part of the organizing committee that collected over shs.350M to help in bolstering the Uganda cancer institute. Presidents Kenyatta and Museveni donated shs 70M and shs 100M respectively.

Katatumba’s spirit of patriotism is immeasurable when it comes to Mulago patients as she recently donated 15 Brand new single crank Epoxy Head beds worth shs15M  to Mulago Hospital patients through her ‘Angella Katattumba Development Foundation (AKDF)
