The artist sang FDC’s theme song “Toka Kwabarabara” during Besigye’s presidential campaign in the 2016 elections. He rubbished the rumours that Besigye was the money bags behind the upcoming show.

While speaking in an audio interview on Spark TV’s Live-wire, Muwana noted that he’s a people’s artist and not just an artist for the opposition.

“I invited Besigye just like everyone else, I have also invited NRM MPs who will also be attending. Besigye hasn’t put a coin in my show,” he added.
