Comedienne Anne Kansiime has thrown her weight behind singer Bobi Wine who is aspiring to represent Kyadondo East constituency in Parliament.

Kansiime expressed her support for the“Bikwase Kyagulanyi”singer on her Facebook page where she noted that Bobi Wine speaks for the common people.

“Since am only a joker (comedian) and can’t talk when big people are talking, I will just pray this my ninja Mr Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu speaks for my grandmother, the insects and my nieces when he is finally sitting at the table of Men,”she stated in her post.

Bobi, who is standing on an independent ticket, will go against FDC’s Apollo Kantinti and NRM’s Sitenda Sebalu in a by-election that will be held on June 26.
