If there’s anyone that doesn’t believe in the saying ‘hard work pays;’ this story is your answer. After exhibiting a great work rate over the years, singer Bebe Cool’s hard work seems to be starting to pay off. From being booked to the Coke Studio on his own terms, to hooking a collabo with the Coke Studio visiting act- Jason Derulo, Bebe’s light seems to be shining ever brighter.

How Uganda is building the next generation of content creators

The latest on our desk is that Bebe has in the past few days received a number of calls from representatives of some big record labels in the USA. According to highly reliable sources within Bebe’s camp, the labels all asked Bebe to submit some of his most recent as well as those he thinks are his best works.

“He and his team have been through a very busy time trying to submit different works in different formats,” the source told us.

The source was tightlipped on whether these might be some of the results from Bebe signing up with Talent Africa but assured us how Derulo’s team and management had taken keen interest in Bebe from the time they met in Nairobi a few days ago.

Just met a very simple warm and welcoming @jasonderulo #cokestudioafrica.@talentafrica #GagamelInternational

Bebe however insisted he couldn’t comment although he couldn’t refute the claims either! It is rumoured that Bebe might travel to the US pretty soon. All the best Bebe!
