Cindy gears up to ‘Run This City’ at Tusker Lite Kampala Night Run

Self-proclaimed king of Dancehall Cinderalla Sanyu alias Cindy is full of surprises and we all love what she brings to the table. Let it be her sense of fashion or sentimentally charged dancing routines, the former girl group Blu 3 act has the mileage of a proven entertainer.    Well, She’s` at it again after promising to run the city at the first ever Tusker Lite Kampala Night Run slated for June 9.

Dressed in the official run kit while rhyming to her 2016 club banger, `Run this city’, she calls on revelers to make the night run or be nowhere else on the day, in a homemade video promo. Cindy`s works entail a log of popular tunes like `Ayokyayokya’, `One by one’,` Ndimukodo’, `Mbikooye, `One and only’ , `Selecta’ and the currently trending `Push back’ on which she features Dj Rocky, Ketchup and Peter Miles.

Her presence will give dancehall lovers a double attraction with Beenie Gunter, another young artist who has taken the local airwaves like a storm, the last 18 months all so with his own redefined style of the genre. Since it’s now a public secret know that Cindy loves surprises, Torino bar and restaurant is the place next Saturday and who knows whether she`ll take part in the 2km run?

Other artists in line to perform at the inaugural event themed `Light the night’ are Toniks, Fik Fameica nevertheless  DJ Ciza, DJ MaryJo and DJ Simples will churn the turn tables like no one has ever heard before. Tickets go for Shs 30,000.
