It seems like the trend of poaching and presenters quitting their stations for better workplaces has hit again.

Actress and ‘Live Wire’ show co-host Remmie Nakitto, alias Precious Remmie, has quit Spark TV for greener pastures.

Last evening, Remmie took to her official social media pages to make her resignation known to her fans and followers.

In her post, Remmie thanked her fans for the support and for making her the person she has become hence promising to reveal to them her next move soon.

“I am both incredibly sad and happy at this moment in my life. It’s been an amazing four years of working with SPARK TV/NTV Uganda and all I can say is that working with you has been a great gratification and I’m going to miss you so much,” reads Remmie’s post in part.

She added, “Thank you so much for making me the person that I have become. My journey with Nation Media has ended and I promise to announce my next move as soon as possible. This has been one of the toughest decisions I have ever made but I am grateful to Allah excited.”

However, reports indicate that she is allegedly planning to switch to Next Media’s Sanyuka TV.

According to sources, Remmie was offered a very juicy deal that she couldn’t resist, and she will soon join the recently poached media personalities Suuna Ben and Anna Taylor, both from Bukedde.

Remmie joined Spark TV in 2018, alongside gospel singer Gabbie Ntaate, as replacements for Annatalia Oze and Zahara Toto, who had left Spark TV for NBS TV.

When she stepped onto the set, Remmie quickly became one of the people’s favorites.
