Kalagala Falls in Kayunga has transformed into a hive of colour, rhythm and excitement as Nyege Nyege takes over once again—Africa’s most famous non-stop celebration of music and culture.

By Saturday, the festival had reached full momentum. Waves of revellers poured into the breathtaking riverside venue, ready for day three of endless sound and shared energy. The grounds pulsed with life as every corner offered something different.

Across the site, stages thumped with their own identities. Each one delivered a unique blend of global sounds, reflecting the festival’s signature spirit—an explosion of creativity where cultures collide and music knows no borders.

For those seeking a slower pace, the UBL Red Card tent provided a welcome escape. Calm, shaded, and inviting, it became a sanctuary for conversations around responsible drinking, offering festivalgoers a moment to breathe amid the chaos.

But just a short walk away, the Uganda Waragi stage unleashed pure fire. DJs kept the beats rolling with a high-energy mix of Ugandan and East African favourites, drawing crowds that stayed on their feet deep into the night.

As the festival enters its final day, revellers eagerly look forward to another round of ‘enjoyments.’
