Team Zama wins season 8 of the Tusker Lite Friday Night Lights

Yesterday, marked the climax of the eighth season of Tusker Lite Friday Night Lights (FNL) which will not be forgotten at all.

Fans and players walked away with several goodies that included; cash, power banks, headphones, kits & flat screens among things.

Team Zama became the new champion of the exciting edition after it broke Team Ikong’s heart in the fading seconds of the final.

Team Zama won the exciting final 21-20 and was awarded a cash prize of Shs1.5M while first runners up Team Ikong bagged Shs1M.

That was not all, the second and third runners up did not go with bare pockets as Team Flirsh and Team Madol got Shs500,000 and Shs250,000 respectively. Team Flirsh beat Madol 21-17 in the third playoff tie.

DJ Simples treated revellers to the best music as the games went on as famous energetic and awesome musician, Nina Roz excited fans when she stepped on stage to perform her hits. All we can do now is wait for season nine
