StarTimes, the providers of quality and affordable Digital Television Services in Uganda has pledged to target more local content. The revelation was made by Mr Franklyn Wang, the CEO StarTimes during a media breakfast at Sheraton Kampala Hotel. Mr. Wang also appreciated the media for the continued support during their 9 years of success in Uganda.

Mr Lule Isma, StarTimes Marketing Director said local content is compelling, “no wonder, channels that broadcast in local dialect are more popular”.

He attributed their local content growth to the media influence over the last 9 years.
