For the second consecutive year, all three Uganda Waragi brands – Premium, Pineapple, and Coconut – have clinched Gold Awards at the prestigious 2023 Monde Selection International Quality Awards. This adds to the brand’s history of twenty-five (25) quality awards.

Monde Selection stands as the sole Quality Institute that conducts an exhaustive evaluation of consumer products, providing impartial and objective assessments through collaboration with globally renowned experts in specific fields. The evaluation process encompasses up to 30 criteria, encompassing visual aspects (product presentation, colour, lightness, clarity, transparency, etc.), scent, taste, packaging, and more.

Uganda Waragi Premium, a product of Uganda Breweries Limited (UBL), claimed its initial Gold Monde Selection Award in 2010, making it the exclusive Ugandan spirit to receive this prestigious recognition.
