V&A Sherry, has partnered with Miss Universe Uganda, ahead of the pageant’s Grand Finale on August 1, 2026; reinforcing its commitment to celebrating confident, purpose-driven women through platforms that promote leadership, authenticity and positive community impact.
The partnership brings together two platforms united by a shared belief that women have the ability to inspire change through their voices, talents and leadership. While Miss Universe Uganda seeks to identify Uganda’s first representative to the global Miss Universe stage, V&A Sherry continues to support initiatives that celebrate women’s confidence, ambition and personal growth.
Organized by Joram Model Management, the platform was officially launched in May 2026 and will conclude with the Grand Finale on August 1, 2026, at Imperial Royale Hotel in Kampala.
Beyond beauty, the pageant focuses on leadership, advocacy and empowering young women to become ambassadors for their communities and the country.
Through this partnership, V&A Sherry seeks to amplify the stories and journeys of women participating in the pageant while celebrating values that reflect the modern Ugandan woman: confidence, resilience, compassion and the courage to lead.
The collaboration builds on V&A Sherry’s continued support for platforms that celebrate women, including its longstanding partnership with the Miss Uganda Foundation. Through these initiatives, the brand has supported opportunities that encourage women to embrace their individuality, pursue their ambitions and create meaningful impact in society.
Speaking about the partnership, Roy Ronald Tumwizere, Brand Manager for V&A Sherry at Uganda Breweries Limited, said the collaboration reflects the brand’s commitment to supporting platforms that recognize women’s leadership and influence beyond the spotlight.

As the contestants prepare for the Grand Finale, the partnership highlights the qualities that define impactful leadership and reinforces a shared vision of ensuring Uganda’s first Miss Universe representative carries the values of authenticity, purpose and resilience onto the global stage.
The Miss Universe Uganda Grand Finale will take place on August 1, 2026, at Imperial Royale Hotel in Kampala, where Uganda’s representative to the global Miss Universe competition will be selected.
