Beyond beauty, the pageant focuses on leadership, advocacy and empowering young women to become ambassadors for their communities and the country.

Through this partnership, V&A Sherry seeks to amplify the stories and journeys of women participating in the pageant while celebrating values that reflect the modern Ugandan woman: confidence, resilience, compassion and the courage to lead.

The collaboration builds on V&A Sherry’s continued support for platforms that celebrate women, including its longstanding partnership with the Miss Uganda Foundation. Speaking about the partnership, Roy Ronald Tumwizere, Brand Manager for V&A Sherry at Uganda Breweries Limited, said the collaboration reflects the brand’s commitment to supporting platforms that recognize women’s leadership and influence beyond the spotlight.

“Miss Universe Uganda provides a platform where confidence meets leadership. Supporting this journey aligns with our commitment to celebrating women who are pursuing their dreams, using their voices and creating positive change in their communities,” Tumwizere said.

As the contestants prepare for the Grand Finale, the partnership highlights the qualities that define impactful leadership and reinforces a shared vision of ensuring Uganda’s first Miss Universe representative carries the values of authenticity, purpose and resilience onto the global stage.

The Miss Universe Uganda Grand Finale will take place on August 1, 2026, at Imperial Royale Hotel in Kampala, where Uganda’s representative to the global Miss Universe competition will be selected.
