Vinka finally gave her fans the concert they had been waiting for, turning her maiden Live & Loud show into a high-energy night filled with music, dance, fashion and spectacular moments.
After nearly a decade of entertaining partygoers with hit songs, the singer took centre stage last Friday and proved why she remains one of Uganda’s leading performers.
She opened the show with some of her biggest hits, including “By the Way”, “Love Panic” and “Overdose”, her collaboration with Kent & Flosso. From the first song, the crowd was on its feet, singing along and dancing to every beat.
Vinka’s performance was boosted by a team of energetic backup dancers whose carefully choreographed routines added another layer of excitement to the show. Their movements matched the rhythm of each song and kept the audience engaged throughout her set.
The singer also brought her fashion game to the stage, changing into a series of eye-catching outfits. Her pink flowy gowns and bedazzled denim look stood out, with each outfit adding its own touch of glamour to the performance.
The concert also featured performances from some of Uganda’s popular artistes, including Winnie Nwagi, Elijah Kitaka, Spice Diana, Aaronix and Laika Music. Other surprise appearances added to the excitement as the night progressed.
The celebration reached its peak with a colourful fireworks display lighting up the sky as fans danced and sang along to Vinka’s music.
Uganda Waragi joined the celebrations by toasting Vinka and her fans, while Bell Lager also supported the night’s festivities.
